1. Store Eligibility and Accounts

If you create an account on our store, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Digital Products and Usage License

When you purchase an eBook, audiobook, or other digital download from us, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read the content.

You may download and view the digital book on your personal devices.
You may not distribute, share, copy, resell, modify, or publicly display the content.
Sharing download links or files with third parties will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.

3. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand & Dropshipping)

Our physical books are produced using Print-on-Demand (POD) technology or are fulfilled directly through external dropshipping suppliers.

Product Variations: Minor variations in cover color shades, paper weight, or binding trim can occur due to different automated printing facilities. These variations are normal features of the custom-printing process and are not considered defects.
Shipping Estimates: All shipping speeds and delivery dates are estimates provided by our production partners and carriers. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an item leaves the production facility.

4. Pricing and Product Information

We work to ensure all prices, book descriptions, and product details are accurate. However, typographical errors or production specification mistakes can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change prices or cancel orders if any information is incorrect at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Order Accuracy

You must provide a correct, complete, and current shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that you provided.
If a package is returned to our printing or fulfillment supplier due to an invalid address or failure to collect the delivery, you are responsible for paying the additional shipping fees to re-ship the item. Original orders sent to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated directly into these Terms of Service. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that digital goods and buyer's remorse orders for custom print-on-demand books are non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or its content to:

Violate any local, national, or international laws.
Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the copyrights of our authors and publishers.
Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code designed to disrupt the site's functionality.
